I am sooooo grateful for the session we had last night. I have NEVER in my life felt so relaxed… It was beautiful to me. I cried on the way home, out of hope and excitement because I never thought I would be able to relax like that, or that I would let myself.
Another note, I have had severe problems with my right arm and have actually had two surgeries in the last year, one on my wrist and another on my elbow, and it usually still hurts so the MDs were talking #3, but since I relaxed last night I have not had any pain in my arm, it actually feels good! My arm has hurt constantly and my fingers have been numb for 2 1/2 years!! I am just in awe!!!! I can't wait to come back!!!
