The coach acts as a guide, leading the client on a journey to self-awareness and empowerment with the use of powerful questioning techniques and other proven modalities. Coaching is utilized by well known professional athletes, high powered business executives, famous actors, artists, musicians and ordinary men and women to great success. Coaches help with goal setting and attainment, overcoming setbacks and unexpected challenges, and creating and maintaining positive mind sets. In fact, the most successful people believe that they would not be where they are today without the help of a coach.

As a certified Transformational Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), practitioner I have been helping clients to reignite their passion for life and to find clarity, direction and self empowerment since 1998. My specialized training in mental strengthening techniques and behavioral studies enables me, with your permission, to include hypnosis or NLP techniques as tools to facilitate your progress toward success.  Clients walk away better informed with greater self awareness and self sustaining practical tools.  My experience, unique skill set and results driven commitment to my clients, sets me apart and has resulted in a long list of satisfied clients.

How Long is the Commitment and What Can I Expect?

I offer 30, 60 and 90 day personalized programs based on your needs, goals and commitment level. Sessions are conducted via phone, Skype or the equivalent, giving you the convenience and privacy of sessions in your own home, office or location of your choice, anywhere in the world.

Before agreeing to work together, you will experience an initial, no-fee “get acquainted” session for the purpose of exposing you to the coaching process and determining compatibility of purpose and commitment.

Although I work from a basic theoretical model in providing coaching services, it is actually you, the client, who determines the overall direction of the coaching, its pace, and eventual outcomes.
